Meet the Owner

I am the founder and owner of Lainhart Design and Staging, established in 2005. At Lainhart Design we create aesthetically pleasing spaces meeting the needs and personalities of our clients.

To me, good design realizes the potential of any space. I have an instinctive eye and sense of scale to create beautiful and functional spaces.

Early in my career I began staging homes for real estate sales. I have a unique talent for transforming properties to be market ready. Staging helps buyers envision themselves living there. It also, brings faster sales and higher profits to the seller.

I am ASP certified, with vast experience in the field. I have curated several partnerships with realtors and have contributed to their success.

Tiff Hess

Meet Tiff, our new staging and design coordinator. She's a native of St. Pete, Florida, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Journalism/Communications. What she truly loves is being a mom of two children, a wife and the owner of Wild Honey Photography, LLC. She enjoys distance running, planting and spending time with animals. Her creative passion and professional eye for photography brings Lainhart Design and Staging a new dimension of talent. Her organizational vision, decluttering skills and interpersonal communication will make our clients feel at ease when preparing their home for sale. Interior decorating comes naturally to her and her trained eye for color and attention to detail will transform any space! We are honored to have her on our team!
